The dedicated TV player (ExoPlayer engine): shows up on the Google TV home screen, auto-starts after power cuts on certified boxes (onn., Chromecast, Xiaomi, Fire TV), and is managed from the Studio.

  1. Easiest way: open the “Downloader” app on the box and type code 8989627 (or the URL www.matrixign.com/tvapp).
  2. Install it (allow “unknown sources” if asked) and open “Matrixign TV”.
  3. Type your screen’s pairing code with the remote. Done.

Holographic FAN

The FAN player APK. Try it yourself first: install, pair, and play. Factory FANs usually also need an advanced setup (auto-start on power-on, local time, anti-reboot) — our team handles that for you.

  1. Download the APK and install it on the FAN; open it and type your screen’s pairing code.
  2. If your FAN doesn’t start on its own after a power cut, or shows the wrong time, it needs the advanced factory setup.
  3. Write to hola@matrixign.com and our team will leave it production-ready. Content tip: square pieces on pure black — black is invisible on the hologram.

A dedicated kiosk app (not a browser): real full screen, launches with Windows, a guardian reopens it if anything closes it, keeps playing without internet, and updates itself remotely.

  1. Download the ZIP and extract it on the device.
  2. Double-click “instalar-player-matrixign.bat” and type the pairing code when asked.
  3. Done: it auto-starts with Windows, never lets the screen sleep, and stays up to date on its own.

  2. Type your screen’s pairing code.
